Aeromotors warranty policy is that for warranty consideration the part must be sent to us for evaluation. No determiniation of warranty coverage will be made before we have had a chance to look at the part and determine what the cause of failure is. We do not put a time in service limit or a time since overhaul / repair limit on the part. You can send the item back at any time and ask for warranty consideration.
If the failure is determined to be something Aeromotors did or did not do correctly, we will repair the item and return it ground freight. If the customer wants the part back quicker than ground freight, they can pay for the shipping.
If the failure is determined to be caused by something Aeromotors has no control over, we will inform the customer to that effect and quote them on what it wil take to repair the part.
